ROS International B.V. is responsible to comply with the provisions as stipulated in the “General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)”, the administration of their customers’ personal data and administration for analysis and marketing purposes. ROS International B.V. is responsible according to the GDPR. ROS International B.V. is responsible for all data processing on behalf of ROS International B.V., including www.ros-intl.com

ROS International B.V. collects and processes personal data for customer administration purposes, the execution of the agreement, the recovery of payments, the website, personal marketing and for compliance with the applicable legal obligations.

ROS International B.V. stores personal data for the execution of the agreement in relation to product and/or service supply by ROS International B.V.. Without this data supply ROS International B.V. is unable to execute the agreement.

The careful handling of personal data is of utmost importance to ROS International B.V.. We take all appropriate measures to ensure the security of personal data collected. ROS International B.V. notifies any security breach to the Data Protection Supervisory Authority and is also required to communicate a breach to the affected individuals. When a data breach occurs ROS International B.V. will take all appropriate measures to ensure a secure website.

If you believe your personal data have been misused, collected or stored, and, despite repeated requests it is impossible to erase your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Supervisory Authority.

ROS International B.V. stores the following kinds of personal data:

  • for the execution of the agreement in relation to the service supplied: your name, address, postal code, town, telephone number, email address and bank/credit card details;
  • for the execution of the agreement in relation to the product supplied: your name, address, postal code, town, telephone number, email address and bank/credit card details;
  • for the payment and handling of invoices: your name, address, postal code, town, telephone number, email address, bank/credit card details;
  • for the request of a non-binding quotation: your name, address, postal code, town, telephone number and/or email address;
  • for the following up of requests and complaints: name, address, postal code, town, telephone number and/or email address.

 

  • for the following up of requests and complaints: name, address, postal code, town, telephone number and/or email address.

 

You have the right for access, rectification and erasure (including the ‘right to be forgotten’) of your personal data and for withdrawal of your given consent by sending an unequivocal statement to info@ros-intl.com.

Grounds on which your personal data are deleted:

    • for the execution of the agreement: 5 years after the termination of the agreement in favour of potential future agreements, unless you gave your explicit consent to store the personal data for a longer period or law prescribes a longer retention period of the personal data;
    • for the payment and handling of invoices: 7 years after having paid the related invoice in compliance with the provisions of the Tax Legislation;
    • for the pursuance of requests and complaints: after successfully resolving customer complaints;
    • for the request of a non-binding quotation: 60 days after issuing the non-binding quotation.

ROS International B.V. may engage a number of external parties in connection with the execution of this agreement and these parties can have access to your personal data. External parties will store these data for as long as necessary to execute their work. The Personal Data shall not be used for purposes other than the specified work for ROS International B.V., except with the explicit consent of the individuals involved. The provisions of the Processor Agreements apply for all external data transfers.

Our accountant is responsible for the processing of payments and will receive all personal data necessary for this purpose.

ROS International B.V. has the right to hold a blacklist of personal data of persons who have severely damaged the trust of ROS International B.V. The blacklist has unlimited validity and is only accessible to a limited number of ROS International B.V. employees. The blacklist is also kept for any future offers of ROS International B.V.. Persons on the blacklist are persons who, despite repeated requests, do not meet their payment obligations to ROS International B.V..
